Our new 3,500 sq. ft. Design Center helps you customize the exterior and interior of your new home in a more relaxing and informative atmosphere. It also adds a personal touch to one of the biggest investments you will make in your lifetime.

Virtually every wall of our beautiful design center is adorned with a wide variety of product choices for our new homeowners. A large selection of carpeting, exotic hardwood flooring, laminates, ceramic and vinyl flooring samples are handsomely displayed. Over 18 door styles and 15 finishes of cabinets hang side-by-side on a prominent wall.

For the interior; oak trim, railings and door options, granite and Corian countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware and lighting fixtures, custom wood and brick fireplaces, even alarm, music and central vac systems are all exhibited. Exterior windows and doors, soffits and fascia, roofing, gutters, shutters and fypons are presented in a well-organized manner. No detail has been neglected. Every choice a buyer must make regarding their home construction can be viewed, compared and fully explained.

Sharp's Design Center also includes 3 beautiful, full-size kitchen vignettes and a luxury bath vignette. Here buyers can experience, in a real-world setting, many of the popular upgrades that Sharp Homes offers.

The center has become the place where customers, field supervisors, tradesman and sales staff can come to successfully coordinate the construction process. It also serves as an ideal place for vendors to introduce and educate our staff regarding new products.
